- Health-related information voluntarily shared by you
- Payment details (processed via secure third-party gateways)
- Call recordings (for quality and training purposes)
2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide customer support via call centre
- Improve our services and marketing
- Send updates, offers, and promotional messages (with consent)
3. Call Recording
By interacting with our call centre, you agree that calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Logistics partners (for delivery)
- Payment gateways
- Authorized third-party service providers
- Advertising and measurement providers — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives your page activity and a hashed copy of your name, mobile number and email address. See section 6 below.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies on your device — to keep your cart and sign-in working, and to understand how our site is used.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It loads when you open a page on this website and records that the page was viewed. We use it to understand whether our advertising is working and to reach people who are likely to be interested in our products.
Through the Meta Pixel, Meta may receive:
- Which pages you viewed on this website, and when
- Your IP address, and basic browser and device information
- Meta cookie identifiers, which Meta may link to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one
Advanced Matching — your contact details
The pixel also uses a Meta feature called Automatic Advanced Matching. When you fill in our checkout form, the pixel reads what you type into these fields and sends it to Meta, so that your activity on our site can be matched to your Facebook or Instagram account:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
These values are hashed — converted into a scrambled code — inside your browser before they are sent, so Meta does not receive them in readable form. You should know, however, that hashing is not the same as anonymising: Meta compares that code against codes made from its own users’ details, and where it finds a match it can identify you. For that reason we treat this as your personal data, and we tell you about it here rather than describing the pixel as anonymous.
We do not send Meta your delivery address, your payment details or the contents of your order.
Meta processes all of the above on its own servers, which may be located outside India, and under its own privacy policy — facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Your choices
You can limit or stop this at any time. These options do different things, so we have said what each one actually achieves:
- Block the pixel from loading — use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts, or browse in private/incognito mode. This is the only option that stops the information being collected in the first place.
- Clear or block cookies in your browser settings. This removes the identifiers already stored on your device.
- Leave the email field blank at checkout — it is optional. Your name and mobile number are needed to deliver your order.
- Change how Meta uses it at facebook.com/adpreferences. This limits how Meta targets ads at you, but does not stop our site sending the information.
- Ask us to stop — contact us using the details in section 12 to withdraw your consent, as described in section 7.
7. Legal Basis & Consent
We are the Data Fiduciary for your personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). We process your data on the basis of your consent and as necessary to provide the products and services you request, and we collect only the data needed for these purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 12; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may retain data where required by law.
Please note that the “Cookie preferences” link on our storefront re-opens the privacy notice and records your choice on that device. It does not by itself switch off the Meta Pixel described in section 6. To stop that tool collecting information, use the browser-level options listed under “Your choices” in section 6, or contact us.
8. Your Rights as a Data Principal
- Obtain access to and a summary of the personal data we process about you.
- Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your data.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed (see Grievance Officer below).
