How do I place an order?
Browse our products on the home page, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and click "Place Order". You'll receive an order confirmation with a tracking link.
Where does Natural Cure Ayurveda deliver?
We deliver Ayurvedic products across India. Contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability for your specific pincode.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Online payment options will be added soon.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been packed yet. Visit your Order Status page and use the cancel button, or contact us on WhatsApp immediately after placing the order.
Are your Ayurvedic products safe?
Yes. All our products are made with natural Ayurvedic herbs and ingredients. We recommend consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication before starting any herbal supplement.
Do you have a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, very small orders may incur a delivery charge — the applicable charge will be shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll be redirected to your Order Status page. Bookmark that link, or use the order ID and tracking token from your confirmation to re-open it at any time.
I have a discount voucher — how do I use it?
At checkout, expand the "Voucher / Promo Code" section and enter your code. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid for your cart total.
